Delete your account

You can delete your Nosy account and everything attached to it at any time. It is permanent and happens straight away.

In the app

1. Open Settings (the menu at the top right of Home).
2. Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm twice.

Want a copy first? Settings › Export my data gives you your data as a file.

If you subscribe to Nosy+, cancel the subscription in your Apple account first (iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions). Apple bills it, so deleting your account doesn't stop it.

By email

Write to [privacy@your-domain] from the address on your account. We'll delete it without undue delay, and at the latest within one month.

What gets deleted

Your account, your pets and their records, check results and photos, documents, chats, reminders, care plans, training history and settings. You're signed out on every device. Encrypted backups expire within [N days]. Apple keeps its own purchase records as the seller.
